What are the differences between your 4 Line and 6 Line lasers?
The only differences are the number of lasers which allows for more treatment area per unit time of laser use. There are no differences in penetration. A 4 Line laser can achieve the same photobiomodulation effects as a 6 line laser if just used a little longer. We only offer NIR laser diodes in the 4 laser models due to demands of battery life and current draw.

What is the most common laser type, body area, and length of PBM time reported for use?
Our most commonly used laser are our RED 660nm models, being using on the brain / vagal nerve, and for 5 to 10 minutes daily, or every other day.

Do you ship internationally?
No we can only ship inside the USA. Lasers have strict regulations that vary between countries. It is possible that they may be confiscated at customs, they may be illegal to own in your host country. We are not responsible if items are lost or destroyed which is why we only ship inside the USA. If you need help with conformity documentation please email us at pipeline@researchedelements.com.

Are your devices FDA safety compliant? Are they registered with the FDA?
Yes they are safety certified compliant, they are not Medical Devices and they are not approved to treat any condition or disorder. They can be used for personal Photobiomodulation or research use. They are compliant with IEC 60825-1:2014 and BS/EN 60825-1:2014/A11:2021.
